Legal aid information and eligibility in Crown Court proceedings.
We have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency and we are accredited with the Specialist Quality Mark to allow us to undertake legal aid work. You can not get legal aid for court proceedings for every offence and therefore we will need to assess whether you would be eligible for legal aid and whether we are willing to act under a legal aid certificate if you are eligible.
