We can provide expert representation at the Crown Court for any allegation that you face providing funding is in place by Legal Aid or Private Fees. It is well publicised in the press that unfortunately due to legal aid cut backs and reductions in fees paid to barristers by the legal aid agency that we are unable to guarantee continuity or representation with our preferred barristers of choice if you are legally aided. The reality is that some cases are not financially viable for us to conduct under legal aid as we will not be able to do the required amount of work to ensure you have the best defence if you are legally aided. We will be upfront with you at the start of your proceedings as to whether your case falls in to this category and can provide competitive rates for privately funded crown court cases ensuring you have the best representation when you will certainly need it most.
