Colin Turner

Colin began his legal career as a Magistrates clerk before qualifying as a Solicitor in 1998 and therefore has over 20 years of experience defending clients in criminal cases. He is an accredited duty solicitor and represents clients at the police station and as a Court Duty Solicitor. He has vast experience in conducting trials in the Magistrates court.  He has worked as a criminal solicitor in the London Boroughs of Hackney, Barking, and Dagenham before moving to Sussex.

Colin has expertise in road traffic offences and regulatory work. His portfolio of expertise encompasses Local Authority prosecutions, Health and Safety matters, trade description, food safety law and Licensing such as Hackney Carriage Licenses and security and alcohol licenses.  Colin can represent you from the start at any interview for regulatory offences through to trial and is the person to contact should you require assistance in this highly specialised area of law.
